At Wave Rush Watersports, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please review our policies before booking to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience on the water.

Arrival & Check-In

- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time so we can get you checked in, go over important safety instructions, verify boater's license or exam certificate. This ensures you get your full time on the water and helps keep things running smoothly for everyone

- We'll hold your reservation time for 15 minutes after your time slot, but late arrivals may be rescheduled or canceled depending on availability

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

- A 20% reservation fee is required when you book-this goes toward the total cost of your rental

- You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of your reservation fee

- No-call, no shows will be charged 50% of the total booking

- If dangerous weather conditions prevent us from operating, you'll receive a 100% refund

Rider Safety Rules

- All riders must wear life jackets (provided)

- No reckless driving, stunts, or unsafe behaviour will be tolerated

- Follow all staff instructions and waterway rules

- Minimum age to ride solo: 18 years old

-Passengers must be at least 6 years old

Boating Safety Requirements

Florida law requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 to complete a boating safety course or pass a temporary exam  before operating a jet ski.

-Takes about one hour total
-Exam is 25 multiple-choice question
-You'll receive a 90- day certificate once passed
-Test is affordable ($9-$14)
-You can retake the test if needed
-Must show your certificate at check-in (digital or printed)
