What are the requirements to rent a jet ski at Wave Rush Watersports?
To rent a jet ski, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
Do I need a boating license to ride a jet ski?
Yes, if you were born before or after January 1, 1988, Florida law requires you to have a valid Florida Boater's License or complete the temporary boater exam before your ride. No license or proof = reservation fee forfeited. Visit our Boating Safety Course Page for a link to complete the temporary boater exam.
What happens if im late?
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride. We hold your spot for 15 minutes after your start time. Arrivals after that are considered a no-show and may be subject to 50% charge.
How can I make a reservation for a jet ski rental?
Reservations can be made online through our website. A 20% deposit is required to reserve your spot, and the remaining balance is paid on-site the day of your rental.
What safety measures are in place for jet ski rentals?

What do I need to bring with me?
A valid photo ID, your boaters license or proof of passing the temporary boater's exam, and the remaining balance due. We recommend bringing sunscreen, water, and a towel too!
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. No-shows are charged 50% of the total rental cost. Dangerous weather conditions = 100% refund.
Do you offer guided tours?
Not yet! All rides are currently self-led, so you can explore the water at yor own pace.
